From an early age, Mishaël had a passion for helping others. By 16, he was already teaching martial arts and self-defense classes for women. Over the years, he expanded into fitness coaching and nutrition, combining physical discipline with mental strength.

As his acting career gained momentum, he began lecturing internationally, sharing his practical philosophy on building a healthy mindset and reaching personal goals. His alternative perspective and grounded approach have inspired many to rethink their paths and push past their limits.

Today, his focus lies in coaching the next generation, where he helps children navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence.
